Next, you'll arrive and be greeted by me, your stylist, who will walk you through a thorough consultation process.  We will plan out, not just your first visit, but a longterm plan to ensure all of your goals are met.

If you're here for colour, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit. This will ensure easier transitions as well as continued colour success in the future. I have a wide selection of amenities to keep you feeling completely comfortable as your colour processes. Beverages, snacks, ipads with access to internet and a multitude of magazines on the Texture App,  as well as music that has been extremely popular with my clients.

When executing your cut, I will create a style perfect for your face shape, lifestyle and overall goals.  Styling tips and tricks are always shared and questions you may have will be answered to give you the best tools at home for low maintenance style. I use and retail the highest quality products that contain the best ingredients that are not only earth friendly but good for your hair. Looking fabulous with the least amount of effort is my main goal.

We'll wrap up the visit by sharing recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next appointment.  I will eagerly await your next visit.

I focus all of my attention on you while you are in my chair. Because of this, I do not answer calls while with you. I do, however, have online booking for your convenience. I also check email and messages at lunch and at the end of the day, so you can be assured I will return your inquiries as soon as I can.
